The issue has been deemed a fluke.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project and enable Helper Bar under Preferences>General
2. Switch to Game View
3. Observe the bottom bar where shortcut helpers are displayed

Expected result: if Close All is a real shortcut then it should be formatted properly
Actual result: Option+Command+W <<Close All - unlocalized>> shortcut is displayed and it seems to do nothing

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.2.0a3

Tested with MacOS Monterey 12.4
