UI flickering in Unity Version Control when the merge options are opened

How to reproduce:
1. Open "IN-123297"
2. Open the Unity Version Control window (Window->Unity Version Control)
3. Open "Branches" section
4. Right-click on any branch and select the "Merge from this branch.." option
5. Open the Merge options
6. Observe the results

Expected result: “No merge changes“ UI text is not flickering
Actual result: “No merge changes“ UI text is flickering

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b5(d8efd0de5abc), 6000.4.0a4
Could not test with: 2023.2.0a19 (Older service core package missing functionality error “Library/PackageCache/com.unity.services.core@1.12.5/Editor/Core/EditorGameService/Analytics/EditorGameServiceAnalytic.cs(11,39): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'IAnalytic' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)”)
Fixed in: 6000.3.0b6(342471dcaf1d)

Reproducible on: macOS 26.0.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11

Notes:

• Wasn’t able to reproduce on an empty project
• Alternatively, the “Merge Option“ button is flickering instead of text
• Deleting the Library folder doesn’t fix the issue
