TextMeshPro Text is misaligned when it should align in the "flush" style

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “TMP_Flush.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Game View

Expected results: The text in the Game view is aligned so that the right-most words of each line end at the same point, and spaces between letters are not expanded if there is a single word in a line
Actual result: The text in the Game view is misaligned and right-most words of each line end at different points, and spaces between letters are expanded if there is a single word in a line

Not reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 2023.2.0a15
