About Unity window has huge blank spaces between elements on first open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the About Unity window (Unity > About Unity)
3. Observe the About Unity window

Actual results: Huge blank spaces between elements

Expected results: No huge blank spaces between elements

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.59f1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1

Notes:

• The huge blank spaces disappear when detailed view is enabled (option button on macOS)
