Description:
If a ULF license is successfully activated, a second activation (via Editor command line) fails, and aborts the job even though the provided serial number is the same (number as the one in the currently installed license file).
Normally, we expect this situation to be detected and skipped, but a regression was introduced which breaks the test.
Note: the changes linked to ticket [Internal link] are being backported to trunk and 2022.2.
Reproduction steps:
Activate a ULF via Editor command line twice in a row
Expected Result:
The second activation should be skipped, the -serial flag should be ignored, and the build should continue
Actual Result:
The second activation fails with error:
We are aborting activation, because there is already a license file (masked serial: XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, status: valid), and it must be returned before activating it
