The “Copy to clipboard” button has no hover or click animations when hovering and clicking the “Copy to clipboard” button after selecting an issue from the “Code” tab of the Project Auditor window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Import the provided script "NewMonoBehaviourScript.cs"
3. Open the Project Auditor window (Window > Analaysis > Project Auditor)
4. Click the "Install Rules" button
5. Click the "Start Analysis" button
6. Open the "Code" tab
7. Select any issue in the issues list
8. Hover the mouse cursor over the "Copy to clipboard" buttons by the "Details" and "Recommendation" sections
9. Click the "Copy to clipboard" button
10. Observe the "Copy to clipboard" buttons

Actual results: There is no hover or click animations

Expected results: There is a hover and a click animation

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• The “Copy to clipboard” buttons in the “Summary” tab have hover animations
