Use the package version that has the fix released in https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/psdimporter-does-not-support-the-pvrtc-compression-format-for-the-ios-platform
Attempt to restart the editor or reimport psd files if issues still persist
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “psb_importer.zip” project
2. In the Project window, select “Fei_PSB” Sprite Atlas inside “Fei_PSB.psb” (Assets > Textures)
3. Observe the compression
Expected result: Compression is PVRTC
Actual result: Compression is not PVRTC
