Bug Reporter window is in Light mode when the Editor theme is Dark mode

The bug reporter uses the system theme rather than the Editor theme so this behaviour is expected. We can look into linking the theme to match the Editor settings in a future release.

Steps to reproduce:

Create and open any project
Go to Edit > Preferences > General
Make sure the Editor Theme is set to "Dark"
Go to Help > Report a Bug...
Observe the Bug Reporter window

Actual results: The Bug Reporter window is in Light mode

Expected results: The Bug Reporter window is in Dark mode

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04

Notes: Not reproducible on Windows
