TextShadow properties are not applied when displayed in a custom MenuItem Window

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import “ShadowTest.cs”
3. Open the custom Window (Window > UI Toolkit > Shadow Test)
4. Observe the results

Expected result: TextShadow is applied to the Label
Actual result: TextShadows properties are not applied to the Label

Reproducible with: 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1 (c9992ac36c34), 6000.3.0b6 (211490bb75a6), 6000.4.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1 (4ff56b3ea44c)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
