NullReferenceException Error is logged when enabling and installing any of the Plug-in Providers in the XR Plug-in Management Settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any Project
2. Navigate to Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management
3. Install the XR Plug-in Management Package
4. Enable any of the available Plug-in Providers

Actual results: Error "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Expected results: No Error is logged

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13
