Color Picker Window Shows UI Artifact on Ubuntu Until Mouse Movement

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy window, create a Raw Image via Right-click > UI > Raw Image
3. Select the Raw Image
4. In the Inspector, click the Color field
5. Observe the behavior of the Color Picker window

Actual results: The Color Picker window glitches and shows a duplicate UI artifact on the right side

Expected results: The Color Picker window should open normally without any visual glitches

Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0b8, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.62f1, 2023.2.0b7

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04
