Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project from Hub with "Source control provider" set to Unity Version Control
- Make sure the Editor Theme is in Dark (Preferences > General > Editor Theme)
- Once created, navigate to the Unity Version Control tab
- Select any item that has dependencies (e.g. Assets/TutorialInfo + meta)
- Right-click and select "Checkout"
- Observe the opened window
Actual results: The "Pending dependencies" window opens with the item/dependency list panel rendered with a white (Light theme) background, while the rest of the window and the Editor are in the Dark theme
Expected results: The "Pending dependencies" window, including the item list panel, fully follows the Dark Editor theme
Reproducible with versions: 2.12.4 (6000.0.0f1, 6000.3.18f1, 6000.4.12f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a7)
Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5
