Custom Editor cannot be removed from the Installs list if the Editor Version was installed in Hub's Install Location folder

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download any Unity Installer outside of Hub
2. Install the downloaded Unity Version into the same folder that Hub has set as Installs location so that Hub finds it automatically
3. Open Hub and find the Installed version
4. Click the Manage button and select "Remove from Hub"

Actual results: Version is not removed from Hub

Expected results: Version is removed from the Installs list in Hub

Reproducible with versions: 3.14.4, 3.15.3

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
