Clear button is presented as active when there is nothing to clear

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Asset Manager package
2. Open the Asset Manager window (Window > Asset Manager)
3. Add/create/import several assets with different types
4. Click the "Add Filter" button
5. Select "Type" filter
6. Observe its UI

Actual results: "Apply" button is disabled. But the "Clear" button is displayed as active

Expected results: The "Clear" button should be disabled, as the "Apply" button, because there are no selections that can be cleared

Reproducible with versions: 1.6.0, 1.7.0 (6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0b2)

Tested on (OS): macOS - Sequoia 15.6.1
