How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-145773” project
2. Open the scene “SampleScene”
3. In the Project window, go to Assets → Settings and select “PC_Renderer”
4. In the Inspector window, enable “Accurate G-buffer Normals”
5. Observe the Scene view
Actual result: Game Objects are rendered with a highly banded SSAO Effect
Expected result: Game Objects are not rendered with a banded SSAO Effect
