Prefab's scripts are constantly reloaded when trying to enter multiple digits or characters into public fields on custom scripts consecutively

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-55561_PrefabReloaded“ project
2. Select the “TestPrefab“ asset in the Project window
3. In the Inspector window attempt to write two digits into the “F“ field

Expected result: The Prefab does not reload after entering the first digit and both digits are seen in the field
Actual result: The Prefab reloads after entering the first digit and only one digit is entered into the field

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.2.0a8

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
