VectorImage bounding-box is too small with some shapes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the project VectorImageMask

2. Open the test window Tools/VectorImageMaskWindow

Actual results: The shape is outside the bounds of the element

Expected results: The shape should stay within its bounds
