MinMaxSlider occasionally performs a MiddleThumb drag instead of MaxThumb drag

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “SliderIssue”
2. Open the Examples > MinMaxSlider window
3. Click and drag on the edge of the Max Value Slider part

Expected result: Only the Max Value Slider part is being dragged
Actual result: The whole Slider is being dragged
