Crash on IcdPresentBuffers when entering the Play Mode and Vulkan graphics API is used

1. Open the attached project “Vulkan Crash”
2. Open Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity”
3. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: Entered the Play Mode
Actual result: Editor Crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.2.20f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a22
Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.2.19f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.4

Notes:
Crashes with OpenGLCore, OpenGLES3, Vulkan
No crash with Direct3D11 and Direct3D12
