Error "Resolve of invalid GC handle" is thrown when calling GUI.Window() in the Editor Window after entering the Play Mode

How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_27235”
2. Press “Test” → “Window”
3. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: no error in the Console
Actual result: error “Resolve of invalid GC handle. The handle is from a previous domain. The resolve operation is skipped. UnityEngine.GUI:Window (int,UnityEngine.Rect,UnityEngine.GUI/WindowFunction,string)” in the Console

Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.9f1, 2023.1.0a24
Fixed in: 2022.2.2f1
