Prefab’s Text field in Inspector loses focus if entering the text when Prefab is selected in the Project window

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “My project.zip” project
2. In the Project window, select “Example” Prefab
3. In the Inspector window, insert any text in the “Tester” text field
4. Observe the result

Expected result: The text field doesn’t lose focus
Actual result: The text field loses focus

Reproducible with: 2022.3.9f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1

Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
