Language Modules download fails in Unity Hub

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Select "Install" tab
3. Choose a version and open "Add Modules" window (Gear icon > Add modules)
4. In the "Add Modules" window select languages in "Language Packs" and then press "Install" button
5. Observe the installation in Unity Hub

Actual results: Language packages are installed

Expected results: "Download failed: Validation Failed" is thrown

Reproducible with versions: 

6000.1.0a2, 6000.1.0b5

Not reproducible with versions: 

2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.37f1

Can’t test with versions: 

2021.3.47f1, 6000.1.0a1, 6000.2.0a1, 6000.2.0a2 (Language Modules are not available)

Unity Hub version: Unity Hub 3.11.0 (66e28baf2)

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.2 (M1 Max)
