"Learn More" Link in UI Toolkit Opens U6.0 ATG Documentation for U6.1

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new project
2.  In Project Settings, go to UI Toolkit
3.  Under Text > Advanced Text Generator (ATG), click the "Learn more" link
4. Observe the documentation page that opens in the web browser

Actual results: The browser opens the U6.0 documentation page for ATG

Expected results: The U6.1 and U6.2 version of the ATG documentation should open to match the installed stream

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.46f1

Can't reproducible with version: 2022.3.60f1 (No ATG)
