Crash on Texture::TextureIDMapInsert when opening a specific project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-99562.zip”
2. Observe the crash

Reproducible in: 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b4

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:

• The project may sometimes get stuck on various operations when opening instead of crashing
• The issue appeared after the user completed a merge in Version Control
• Deleting the Library folder does not prevent the crash
