“The following asset(s) located in immutable packages were unexpectedly altered.” warning is thrown when a Sub Scene is created on a new project for the first time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the Entities package (com.unity.entities)
3. Create a new Sub Scene in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the Console window

Actual results: “The following asset(s) located in immutable packages were unexpectedly altered.” warning is thrown when a Sub Scene is created on a new project for the first time

Expected results: No warnings are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a6, 6000.6.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.11f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a5

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
