UI Builder property fields inconsistently update visually when dragging values

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and open a new UXML file in UI Builder
3. Drag any element from the Library to the Hierarchy
4. Drag any numeric value in the UI Builder's Inspector to change the value
5. Observe the field value

Actual results: The field updates in huge inconsistent increments

Expected results: The field updates in small consistent increments on each value change

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2), macOS Tahoe 26.3.1

Notes: 

• The functionality is not impacted, only the numeric representation of the value in the field is impacted
