Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "crash_IN-69862" project
2. Open the "3" Scene
3. Observe the crash
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b3
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.2.0a12, 2023.3.0b11
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b4
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- The crash is produced by the "\Assets\=== ASSETS ===\Dark_Fantasy\Assets\Prefabs_Grp\BASIC\Floor\Floor_x4_Lod0.prefab"
- The “3“ Scene opens without a crash if the "\Assets\=== ASSETS ===\Dark_Fantasy\Assets\Prefabs_Grp\BASIC\Floor\” folder is empty
- For quite some time I was able to reproduce the crash by having the "\Assets\=== ASSETS ===\Dark_Fantasy\Assets\Prefabs_Grp\BASIC\Floor\” folder empty, opening the “3“ Scene and then importing the “Floor_x4_Lod0.prefab“ into the “\Floor\“ folder. However, crash suddenly became non-reproducible by following this method
- The crash can be sometimes reproduced by importing the "Floor_x4_Lod0.prefab" into the "\Floor\" folder before entering the "3" Scene
- Moving the "Floor_x4_Lod0.prefab" out of the "\Floor" folder and then entering the "3" Scene doesn't reproduce the crash
