Changing the Slider value unfocuses the GameObject in the Inspector after discarding the changes on the Prefab

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “IN-53505_My Project”
2. Open the “ReproPrefab” in the Prefab mode and change its value without saving it
3. Click on the “ReproPrefab” Asset and change its value in the Inspector
4. In the opened “Prefab Has Been Changed On Disk” click “Discard Changes”
5. Click on the “ReproPrefab” Asset again and change its value
6. Observe the Editor

Expected result: The Slider can be changed and the Asset is not unfocused after changing it
Actual result: After changing the value the Asset is unfocused

Reproducible with:: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: If the bug is not reproducible for the first time, repeat the 2-4 steps, for the second time the bug is always reproduced
