Multiple Separation Lines are present in the Light Create Menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Universal 3D Project
2. Right-click in the Hiearchy and open the Light Create Menu
3. Observe the Menu separation lines below the option "Reflection Probe"

Actual results: 2 Separation lines are present in the Light Create Menu one after the other

Expected results: A single separation line is present

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.1f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 (Reproducible), macOS Sonoma M1 (Not Reproducible)
